Part 145 Regulations including ICAO SMS

This course is developed to provide an understanding of the EASA regulations associated
with the management of an Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO). It covers the Part-
145 regulations, the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and the quality/compliance
monitoring and safety management systems.

This course will enable participants to understand the requirements andthe recent changes in the Annex II of EU 1321/2014 – Part-145 regulations and related EASA AMCs and GMs. It includes the latest introduction of Safety Management System (SMS) requirements, as amended through EU 2021/1963, to Part-145 regulations to be enforced as of December 2022.
