Introduction
Airworthiness Staff require both competence in technical background and comprehension of regulations. Regulations are published and issued by the European Union (EU), containing key principles provided for in laws, regulations and implementing rules. In order to manage a global perspective of the regulation requirements, an overview of all relevant aspects of aviation law and regulation is beneficial for the personnel engaged in airworthiness.
Course Objective
The course will give candidates a broad understanding of the ICAO and EASA Standards, Regulatory Procedures and requirements relating to aircraft certification, continuing airworthiness and personnel requirements. An outline of the legislation structure and basic interpretation will enable students to source and understand respective legal documents relative to their line of work. The course focuses on the airworthiness aspect of EASA Part- 21, Part-CAMO, Part-145, Part-66 and Part-147 requirements under the respective EU Implementing Rules. Students will learn how to apply these processes in their organisation.

Certification
A certificate of attendance will be given to all participants attending at least 90% of the course hours.
