Introduction
This course is a regulatory training course covering the EASA (EU) Regulation (965/2012) on Air Operations over three days of interactive virtual or classroom training. The course is delivered by experienced aviation professional/s with sound aviation operational backgrounds. The course introduces the concept of the European aviation regulatory model, and will cover:
- all parts of the Air Ops regulation to enable a meaningful understanding of its structure and component parts.
- the EASA decisions that form the Acceptable Means of Compliance, Guidance Material and Certification Specifications relevant to this regulation. While regulatory based, the course provides interaction in the form of group tasks and exercises throughout, to re-enforce the learning objectives.
Course Objective
On completion of the course the delegates will have the opportunity to sit an exam to demonstrate competence in their knowledge of the regulation.
Target Audience
Air Operator Certificate Holders (AOC): Nominated Persons, Compliance and Safety Managers. Competent Authorities: Inspecting Officers and Auditors.
