This course addresses best practices and pitfalls that come with the implementation of a Peer Support Programme. The development and implementation of a PSP is crucial for its success in the future. Errors made during the implementation may be very hard to correct later if at all possible. Incorrect implementation of a PSP potentially may damage the organisation and individuals.
