Introduction
This course addresses the investigation of accidents and incidents within the organisation. Safety investigations are essential tools for every organisation in order to learn from mishaps.
Course Objective
On completion of this course, the participant should be able to perform small scale safety investigations within the organisation. Note: This course does NOT fulfil the requirements to an aircraft crash investigation course.

Assessment
A theoretical examination at the end of the course is optional.
Certification
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance if they have attended at least 75% of the total course time. Examination candidates will receive a certificate of achievement if they pass the exam, which is the case with a minimum result of 70%.
