The study of Human Factors is about understanding human behaviour and performance. When applied to aviation operations, Human Factors knowledge is used to optimise the interface between people and the systems in which they work in order to improve safety and performance.
This course provides a comprehensive overview of the effect and management of Human Factors in aviation. It provides a comprehensive awareness of human information processing, conditioned performance and limitations. This course provides participants with practical tools to apply and avail resources with the intention to optimise Human Performance and reduce the impact of human error through the learned principles associated with the daily practise.
